Secrets for Women Affiliate Agreement

1. Introduction

Welcome to the Secrets for Women Affiliate Program (“Program”). By registering as an affiliate (“Affiliate”), you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions (“Agreement”).
This Agreement is between Secrets for Women (“Company”, “we”) and you, the Affiliate (“you”, “your”).

2. Registration

To begin the registration process, you must submit a complete affiliate application through our GoAffPro program.
We reserve the right to approve or reject any application at our discretion.

3. Commission and Payments

  • Commission Percentage: 20% on qualified sales.
  • Minimum Payment Amount: $20.
  • Payment Frequency: Payments are processed every 30 days.
  • Payment Method: As specified in your GoAffPro account.

If your balance falls below the minimum amount, it will carry over to the next pay period.

4. Affiliate Responsibilities

You agree to promote Secrets for Women products ethically and in compliance with all applicable laws, including the FTC 's guidelines for advertising and endorsements.

You must not:

  • Deceive customers or make false claims.
  • Engage in spam marketing or use unauthorized coupon sites.
  • Bidding on our brand name “Secrets for Women” in paid advertising without prior consent.

5. Intellectual Property

All graphics, logos, and content provided by Secrets for Women remain the property of the Company.
You may only use these materials to promote our products in accordance with our brand guidelines.

6. Duration and Termination

Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause, by notifying us by email.
Upon completion, you must remove all links and promotional materials related to Secrets for Women.

7. Privacy and Data Compliance

Affiliates must comply with all applicable data protection and privacy laws, including GDPR and CCPA where applicable.
Affiliates may not collect, store, or share customer data without explicit consent.

All personal data processed by Secretos Para Mujeres and its affiliates is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy:

8. Limitation of Liability

Secrets for Women is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in this Program.
Our total liability under this Agreement will not exceed the total commissions paid during the three (3) months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Applicable Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas , and any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Denton County, Texas .

10. Acceptance

By submitting your affiliate application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Secrets for Women Affiliate Agreement.
