Secretos Para Mujeres Affiliate Agreement

1. Introduction
Welcome to the Secretos Para Mujeres Affiliate Program (“Program”). By registering as an affiliate (“Affiliate”), you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions (“Agreement”). This Agreement is between Secrets for Women (“Company,” “we,” “us”) and you, the Affiliate (“you,” “your”).
2. Registration
To initiate the registration process, you must submit a fully completed affiliate application through our GoAffPro program. Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to approve or reject any application at our sole and absolute discretion, for any lawful reason, and without obligation to provide explanation.
As a condition of approval, you must complete all required profile information accurately and in full, including your legal full name, phone number, email address, physical mailing address, and Social Security number for tax reporting and compliance purposes.
Affiliate status will only be granted once all submitted information has been reviewed, verified, and formally approved by our team. Only after receiving written confirmation of approval may you begin promoting our products.
3. Commissions and Payments
Commission Percentage: 20% on qualified sales.
Minimum Payment Amount: $20.
Payment Frequency: Commissions are calculated monthly and paid within 3 business days after the end of each month .
Payment Method: As specified in your GoAffPro account.
If your balance is below the minimum amount, it will carry over to the next pay period.
Important: No commissions are charged on returned or refunded items. Secretos Para Mujeres does not process refunds , in accordance with our Refund Policy. .
4. Affiliate Responsibilities
You agree to promote Secretos Para Mujeres products ethically and in compliance with all applicable laws, including the FTC's guidelines on advertising and endorsements.
You must not:
- Deceiving customers or making false claims.
- Engaging in spam marketing or using unauthorized coupon sites.
- Bid on our brand name “Secretos Para Mujeres” in paid advertising without prior consent.
5. Intellectual Property
All graphics, logos, and content provided by Secretos Para Mujeres remain the property of the Company. You may only use these materials to promote our products in accordance with our brand guidelines.
6. Duration and Termination
Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause, by notifying us by email. Upon termination, you must remove all links and promotional materials related to Secrets for Women.
7. Privacy and Data Compliance
Affiliates must comply with all applicable data protection and privacy laws, including GDPR and CCPA where applicable. Affiliates may not collect, store, or share customer data without explicit consent.
All personal data processed by Secretos Para Mujeres and its affiliates is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy:

8. Limitation of Liability
Secretos Para Mujeres is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in this Program. Our total liability under this Agreement will not exceed the total commissions paid during the three (3) months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.
9. Modifications to This Agreement
Secretos Para Mujeres reserves the right to update, modify, or amend this Agreement at any time without prior notice. Continued participation in the Program after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
10. Applicable Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, and any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Denton County, Texas.
11. Acceptance and Registration
By registering, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Secretos Para Mujeres Affiliate Agreement.
