This product may arrive partially charged. Before use, please charge it fully. To charge the product, use the provided USB power cable and insert the charging pin into the circular notch at the bottom of the product. The light illuminates and flashes during charging. When the product is fully charged, the light stops flashing and remains illuminated. To turn on, press and hold the power button for 3 seconds. To cycle through speeds and pulse patterns, press the power button. To turn off, press and hold the power button for 3 seconds. To use the bullet with the C-ring, insert the bullet through the opening at the top of the C-ring. Wash before and after each use. For best results, use the cleaning mist.
